REACH and CLP
Concerning the implementation of the REACH and CLP regulations in Europe, following is a brief update of the current situation as regards our company:
Heubach GmbH respectively our upstream suppliers have successfully finalized pre-registration under REACH for all substances in our pigments and pigment preparations where required.
Furthermore we as well as our suppliers intend to register all relevant substances in our pigments and pigment preparations within the deadlines given in article 23 of REACH. The REACH registration number will be communicated through our safety data sheet, which will be distributed automatically when updated.
We also would like to confirm that we have notified the substances for which we act as producer or importer to the CLP inventory according to article 39 and 40 of the CLP regulation. To the best of our knowledge this is also the case for our raw material suppliers.
For organic pigments manufactured by Heubach Colour Pvt. Ltd., India, Heubach GmbH Germany will act as the Only Representative.
This statement is based on the best of our present state of knowledge and on information respectively confirmation received from our upstream suppliers.
